More Amig4Be propaganda: AmigaOS as dogmatic cult

While Amiga Community was known as resilliance,

off course Amiga is hardware that runs AmigaOS or alike.
So it said seeing CUSA trolls trying to built kind of their community,

on spitting real Amiga community. Newest example comes from infamous Amig4Be blog
in Italian only. Here is poor Google translate:

Warning , this post has been written for pure whim anthropological … good read
During the heated debate following topic in a forum dedicated to Amiga  Amiga C = MINI , a minority of users / supporters AmigaOS 4.x (OS4) & AmigaOne, proudly exhibited their definition / dogma of Amiga …
Amiga computer that is capable of running natively AmigaOS,
Which would allow you to draw … and an alleged substantial evolution of the Amiga from Commodore failure so far (even if in the form of pseudo  niche technology market ).
Although the former Amiga users in the world (perhaps millions of people) for many years believe over, finished, dead, finished, the historic platform launched by Commodore, a few hundred people out of billions of human beings computerized argue the opposite indicating a with rambling computers such as Amiga Amiga directed evolution and consistent in every aspect starting from the technical and information technology.

Let ‘then what kind of consistency is that these … OS4 fanboy operating systems known as Amiga OS are as follows: 1 ) the  Workbench Commodore release from 1.x to 3.0 ( 68k ) (later upgraded to 3.1) 2 ) Amiga OS 3.5 and 3.9 ( 68k ) (from 3.5 Workbench again became the name of the only desktop environment, and the OS renamed AmigaOS) 3 ) AmigaOS 4.x ( PowerPC ) (all versions produced by Hyperion for a range of ppc)

The OS of points 1 and 2 have been written for hardware Classic (68k), ie for the Amiga closely related to the original models designed and produced by Commodore (in fact the only universally known and accepted as the Amiga)
Being an obvious fact for all these releases OS3 is the correspondence between:
computer that runs natively AmigaOS <=> Amiga

The dogma becomes a definition is not incorrect but useless and redundant (there were also clones hardware as Minimig and a recent new version aga, but these are from the speech and reasoning of the post)
Now we come to the controversial OS4 PPC, whose history is very troubled and which at the moment we only care about the fact that the software maker Hyperion house is in possession of the original code OS3 Workbench up to version 3.1 (not perfectly clear, however, whether and which parts of the code are 3.9 Aos their possession)
So we know that the original sources are certainly in the hands of Hyperion, a factor that the suggestion overall OS4 fans will have an important role as a fetish
The evolution of information technology in recent decades has sent to be destroyed in the desktop 68k and PowerPC architectures, proclaiming the winner is the Intel x86 architecture, with a recently advanced to Arm you start getting into this dimension thanks to dirt cheap computer always perform better from extremely low consumption and operating thanks to the dedicated Linux distro. E ‘should be stressed at this point that never was produced by Commodore any computer on PPC, and even there is no record of his plans in this regard.
Some programmers aware of the complex vicissitudes of „relics“ Amiga, such as the original code of AmigaOS in question do not have problems to understand and explain the reason for an almost complete rewrite of the operating system OS4 despite the sources owned by Hyperion .. .
There is no need to know the original code to redo or create the key elements of an OS, abstracting original architecture, on which there is, and there was a huge technical documentation since the days of Commodore.

fact OS4 was preceded by two systems operating analogues as Aros and Morphos, the first designed with farsightedness order not to depend so pinched by a particular hardware architecture and the other for PPC systems such as the Apple Mac G4 …

During the years that raged a fratricidal war between these sons of AmigaOS, OS4 fans have always tried to strengthen their convictions High Pure based on the fact that only their operating system could legally be called AmigaOS, and the only one to have a close link with the previous OS3 thanks to the original source available to Hyperion.
For without the strict definition of a close relationship between OS3 and OS4 OS4 that places closer to the „predecessor“ than the other two OS Amiga Like …  the core business of Hyperion would ultimately based on the mere exploitation of the trademark „AmigaOS „in their possession.
Although this criticism was bearable after all, it has become untenable since the field is decreased C = USA bringing together brands and Commodore Amiga in its recovery plan largely covered in this blog.
C = USA has quickly become the worst nightmare of this small group of individuals intent to support the ideas increasingly unlikely * … * (eg months ago in one of a thousand frenzied attempts to discredit C = U.S., a bunch of Amiga Taliban were convinced, from an old web page is not updated for years, that the marks were lying Amiga actually been abandoned and then purchase at a ridiculously low price, the most foolish of all also believed to be able to sell all at C = U.S. to a penny for pure scarring …)
The Code of OS4 is clearly closed and can not therefore snoop on what’s inside, but the logic, along with a series of historical data, it helps to understand that fundamentally this link with OS3 primarily concerned with the cloning of its structure and repetition of „philosophy“ (a similar relationship also exists in Morphos and Aros, with some common characteristics such as level compatibility of bees with OS3).
Supporters OS4 which evidently nothing matters to look out the modernity, do not want (and can not ) give up the idea of a tangible and unique umbilical cord between OS3 and OS4, otherwise the collapse of the entire mental construct that (not clear why) these people carry out daily for several years, until that which seems to have now become a religion computer.
Unfortunately for them, the followers of the cult of dogmatic AmigaOS, to support their argument did not exhibit more than an insignificant giudizo of appreciation to OS4 by one of the creators of the original Aos, an OS which is more than a quarter of a century ago. ..
A degree of satisfaction then. Not a technical analysis … but smoke and mirrors. Resulting even offensive about who had tried calmly and patiently to bring Amiga in a debate at a minimum computer.
Therefore the thread to which users are more fanatical than OS4 cling to comply with the Supreme Dogma of departure, rather than thin at this point is entirely imaginary . And on the other hand would not even understand what pride can never be a close connection for OS4 in 2012, up to the level of the sources, with an operating system as old and created for the hardware resources of computer old to over 20 years ago ( why OS4 has been totally rewritten in fact), but it is known that in the environment based on a dogma of reason and logic are not certain of the house … from here easily understand why the image chosen for this post. The busines of AmigaOne in fact is based on the application of stickers on Hardware obsolete poorly supported from time to time by Hyperion with its OS4 namely computers PPC with the worst price / performance ratio of the history of computing, that have nothing to do with the original Commodore Amiga. According to the definition / dogma so far treated if the work of porting of Hyperion OS4 for any X architecture that would become instantly Amiga (even if the ‘ hardware of a multifunction printer or a toaster) and some improvised wheel company may affix the sticker AmigaOne … So much for the development and direct and coherent Classic Amiga Amiga professed to far from ministers. Such reasoning explains why Hyperion never proceed to a port of OS4 on x86, because their business is also reason for being and especially thanks to the convictions of a dogmatic nature of its customers, which include also a kind of ancient hatred and rivalry with Intel architecture evolved, economic and handsome. Against this become much more than grotesque criticism historically addressed to C = USA by supporters OS4, since C = Hardware employs current mainstream and fully supported by the C = OS Linux … plus a hardware where it can be run Aros natively and / or virtual machine . Thus laying the shredder also OS3, since Aros also won the original Amiga 68k complete with a new kickstart  open source. To dismiss this sort of delusional and pathetic mysticism of AmigaOS and Amiga fanboy and make a closing speech more serious, we can take reference to Apple and understand that it is a close link between hardware of different ages even in that case there … house cupertino the obvious intent to produce competitive machines rose following the technological evolution for families of cpu: 68k, PPC, X86, with its upheavals of the operating system MacOS and now has created an ecosystem where iphone, ipad ( iOS) are becoming crucial to a design which could be critical for the typical computer system, heavily influencing the work of the same competition.
So, in any way you think, deny the relationship between current hardware (C = Amiga, Amiga etc.) with those of 15/25 years ago is not only an act of objectivity aimed to make discrimination or worse slurs, as a logical and evidence shows are all alien to reality objectively Amiga Classic and linked to the original size just by merely exploiting brands.
What is really in the eyes of the end user (ex Amiga or otherwise) it is important to arrive at a final judgment? In my opinion these are general computers, in addition to feeling the final which includes aesthetic and form (Apple docet), keep in mind above all the software available, the evolutionary state of the os used and then the price / performance ratio (all features in which the original amiga excelled)

If you want to make it a matter of „belief“ or „sentimental“ … ok … but feelings do not alter the objective results of the bench and do not lead to a discount on the final price (anzi. .. can lead to price out all logic of the market, including trends, such as the absurd AmigaOne x1000 showed)

130 days+ Repair Service: Norway to US

Source

Yesterday, 07:54 PM#1  Panna

130 days, still havent got my C64extreme back!

Around 10th of April I had to send my C64extreme back to Florida from Norway because it didnt work as it should. Barry, aka Digitex, promised they would fix it ASAP or send me a new one.

Now, over 130 days since I returned it, I still havent got anything back!

I have tried to call them around 100 times without any luck. They never answer. Or, in fact, 2 weeks ago I got in contact with Barry, and he told me that they already had shiped it, and he would send me the „tracking no“ from US Post to me in a email. I havent got any email…But I have sent them a lot of emails, but no answer except once that they told me to relax…!

I am wondering, what kind of company is Commodore now?? Over 130 days, and still nothing is happening!? I have never seen anything poor like this! Anyone else having problems?

I’ll have to agree. I really have high hopes for Commodore but I’ve seen several posts around the web with similar complaints about communication and customer service. There is one major aspect missing from Commodore that will make a HUGE difference and that is communication. Many people like myself want more than anything for this company to succeed. Apple for example has a HUGE following of extremely loyal customers that have stuck with the company even when it was on the verge of bankruptcy because they have great communication. If customers feel „loved“ and important they will do amazing evangelistic things for Commodore and withstand long turnaround times.

    – Here is a simple solution.

Commodore needs to hire a full-time customer service representative (or two). If someone could just check a list of orders, Answer all incoming calls (important), Track RMA’s, shipment times etc and email/call letting customers know „Hey, Commodore is thinking about you“ this would go a long way and more than makeup for the cost of the employees.

Reading your post really concerns me. I have for a long time now been thinking about ordering a c64x supreme, and i live in Norway too. But if i am never going to get it back if something goes wrong, i think i might change my mind. But slightly off topic, do you remember how long it took for your c64x to arrive? I mean, since we both live in Norway.

This wouldn’t be the first time a thread like this has appeared on the previous forums. Previously they would be deleted. So lets see how this goes.

TronPlayer: I agree! I really loved my C64 in the 80´s so I really hope they will be sucessfull now, but with this service……

SalsaYop: I was in Florida in october, so I got it directly delivered to the place where we lived on the holiday. I guess it normally should take 7-8 days to get it from Florida to Norway, depending on how fast custom(Toll) is in Oslo…

If they delete this, then I would be really concerned about this company.

Nameless experience with older Commodore-Amiga.org board

Source: Amigaworld

I used to try to post in their old forums and also tried to be fair about my suggestions and improvements they could make.

I say ‘try’, as a large percentage of my posts were edited or deleted entirely. It became pointless to even post on their forums, as one had to dance around certain subjects very carefully, then hope one’s post didn’t simply just vanish.

I can understand editing obscene, vulgar or combative posts, but that isn’t what commodore’s forums are about. They are about increasing sales for them, and when someone says something like their computers may be overpriced, or perhaps they should include an Amiga-like OS on their Amiga system, they tend to not like that very much.

It’s really incredibly silly and makes an open discussion impossible. I also was always baffled by the ‘rah rah’ posts, where CUSA would make a somewhat lame post, like ‘super secret announcement coming!’… or ‘COS will now have even more screen effects!’… and they’d get odd followup posts gushing over their ‘non-announcements’, and like half a dozen thank yous per post. I am guessing they were mostly just employees doing those followup posts, but it made their forums look even less professional than they already were.

I never took screenshots or anything like that, if that’s what you are asking. And since the forums aren’t there anymore, it’s not like I can point to my previous posts on the forum. You don’t really need proof of censorship on their old forums, as it was common knowledge. I recall one moderator stating that even his posts had been deleted at one time or another. Everyone who used that forum eventually realized that posts were censored.

My basic experience was something like this…

I recall someone posting constructive criticism on a thread when the amiga minis first came out. He went of his way to say his post was meant as constructive, but he had some issues with the pricing. I followed up in agreement, also comparing prices to iMacs and Alienwares, saying how it’s even more expensive than them and if they want to be competitive, they really need to lower their prices.

Next day entire thread was gone. Myself and the other poster put up a thread asking why a thread on constructive criticism was censored — and also pointing out that we were polite, no arguing or anything like that. And our thread on censorship was also deleted entirely.

As for other situations… I recall a thread about their OS or why AOS should be ported to CUSA… several posts were deleted from that one, including a rant against Barry from someone with a moderator tag (I could at least understand deleting that specific post). Basically any posts that pointed out the fact that their Amigas were lacking in Amiga-like features or were too expensive, had a good chance of getting edited or deleted entirely.

My last post was in a thread with an eager pro-cusa person, where I was trying to stress than their Amiga should have some unique features (either software or hardware) and not simply be a run of the mill PC with Linux installed. I was polite, but that post got deleted too. After that, I just said goodbye and good luck…

Barry promises no censorship at new forum!

Source C-USA forums

I agree with +99% of all the suggestions posted here. We now have access to all the data from the old forum; it’s just a matter of extracting what we need, formatting and converting it and then implementing it into all the new categories in our new forum. (not easy).

The topic sections will be greatly expanded to make things easy to use such as specific categories for each different product, sub categories for the various OS variations, hardware & software support, suggestions, general discussions…basically everything we had before, and a lot more. Please keep in mind this may take a week or so (just a guess), but it is our top priority now, along with the updates for Commodore OS Vision & Commodore OS Fusion.

Please keep this quote from the NEWS section in mind as we move forward in this endeavor:

„Please take the time to read our TOS and FAQ. Please understand that this is our official corporate forum, and as such it’s primary purpose is to promote and support our products, our customers, potential future customers and those that have an interest in our line of retro and innovative contemporary products.“

We have no intention to edit, remove, alter, dismiss or in any way censor any of your posts, replies or suggestions. And this specifically includes me . What seemed like a heavy hand in the previous forum will not be the normal operating procedure here. I only ask that things remain civil, constructive criticism is welcome and the postings reflect the true spirit of what we are trying to accomplish. Unlike most other public forums, I would only ask that you think of this forum as my personal living room. All are welcome, but please don’t spit on the floor, use an ashtray, refrain from making nasty comments about the drapes and furniture and treat all our guests respectfully.

Postings that trash our products, trolls, those that reverse engineer our products with the intent to exemplify the costs and sources with the intent to either expose our private business and manufacturing processes, those that discus and or in any way promote our competitors products and those that in any fashion run contrary to our main forum purpose (read the above paragraph) will be deleted. Since this company is privately held, the will be no conversations regarding sales figures, profits and distributions and any other private information that normally would be disclosed for a publicly traded corporation.

The look and feel of this forum will be greatly improved as we intend to apply a new skin (open to immediate discussion and suggestion) There is a huge selection of skins that are available; just Google „vBulletin ver 4.2.0 skins“. There are thousands of selections to choose from….dig in and start exploring.

Lots to do, and with your continued support and patience, we look forward to presenting a truly remarkable and unique forum experience that we can all enjoy.

Barry promised to be a good guy, but corporate TOS makes them eliminate any discussion and resistance. Great Barry, that is the way to clean hands!

And yes Barry who is reverse engeenering whose products, please that part once again!

Important update: this promise was broken with removing page about how to built Amiga mini like system on your own

Sven Harvey takes a look at new CommodoreUSA Amiga Mini

Commodores Amiga?

Sven Harvey Micromart UK  takes a look at new CommodoreUSA Amiga Mini

The new Commodore in the USA is now the only Commodore after its taken control over the brand.

It`s also licenced Amiga brand from Amiga Inc., and it has been working on uniting the brands for quite a while.

The product that was to be the first „Commodore Amiga“ since 1994 has gone true lot of changes since the agreement was reached between the two companies, while Hyperion Entertaiment quite rightly challenged the agreement following the settlement that awarded it an exclusive perpetual worldwide right to the brand, at least in some form.

Commodore had planned on doing new Amiga 1000, 2000, 3000 and so on, but the first product to break cover and become available to order is in a 7,5 x 7,5″ mini-ITX case.

The Commodore Amiga Mini will be available in silver or black and is distinctive in that it features a molded-in Commodore „chickenhead“ logo on the top of the casing, while and embossed Amiga logo (in the original form) adorns the front of the casing along with the silver Commodore Amiga case badge very much in the traditional style.

There are few confusion on the Commodore website regarding the specifications. In one place it seems to suggests 16GB RAM comes as standard whereas elsewhere it sais 4GB. Filtering the pages it seems the standard specification was originally going to be what is now the highest end, but reaction to the pricing has resulting in lower specs being available.

The motherboard is of mini-ITX form factor and comes with 1GB (DDR3) nVIDIA GT430 GPU board as standard. From there you can choose processor, either a dual core i3-2130 at 3,4Ghz, quad core i5-2500K, or the quad core i7-2600K.  Memory can be configured as 4,8 or 16GB, while blue ray slot loading optical drive (with DVD R/RW) comes as standard. A 1TB hard disk is the default option, while 2 SSD options are available.

The machines comes with CommodoreOS Vision – a customized Linux distribution based on MINT and Debian with bunch of pre-installed software.

Sounds all very PC doesn`t it? There is a reason for that. This is no more an Amiga then HP laptop from TESCO. The name is on it, but no Amiga-related technology resides within the hardware nor the software. Amiga Forever isn`t even bundled, thou it is suggestion on Commodores site that machine can run 16-bit and 32-bit Amiga software. The question is how because without Amiga Forever package, it cannot legally include the Amiga kickstart ROM code …

With pricing ranging from USD 1 500 up to nearly 3 000$ including 600GB SSD option, its a good job. The casing is available as barebones (thou this included the blue-rays sloat loading drive) at 345 USD.

The question is, without AmigaOS, should it have the name at all?

AmigaOne X1000

Following the complete sell out of the AmigaOne X1000 first contact systems, A-EON has commissioned further run of initial systems, so if you are happy to spend the money and get sonething really different running the AmigaOS 4.1 (and soon 4.2) you might want to keep an eye on www.amigakit.leamancomputing.com/x1000/

Buddy asks the right questions:

Nothing has been mentioned as to what the mentioned Commodore App Store would feature. It may be something like what Software Manager offers, or something a little more? I personally would like to see options though, where the online user can choose which software and extra Themes to install instead of what is essentially included or featured, a simple tick and choose what you want to download? Sure, main system hard drives today are enormous, but when you fill these and externals with work, space comes at a premium!!!
For me, Software Manager lacks a featured section for Themes. By example, the Software Manager Graphics section offers 6 sub categories for type of software. When looking for themes, Google ends up being my friend, which is not always friendly time wise, if you get my drift!

I don’t know how straightforward this would be to achieve, but if ‘Fusion’ is still in development and to remain in beta, wholly based on Linux Mint 13, is it not feasible for a user to update an installed OS, i.e. update an installed Mint 13 OS with the tweaks and enhancements from Commodore designated repositories as to and when they’re ready? If Themes, fonts, etc can be downloaded via Terminal, surely any ‘Fusion’ graphical enhancements can be downloaded this way too, if only to begin with?

So far C=OS flaws are:

  • No real support for troubleshooting, not even on official forum, which is more propaganda related
  • No real power Linux users to explain and guide, no real manual
  • C=OS Vision is based on Mint 10 which is old arhitecture and is already abandoned, while not being 1.0
  • C=OS Fusion is announced to be copy of Mint 13, but is not yet public download. There is no natural progress and update of OS, but such „name and vision“ jumps are to be expected each time newer Mint is developed
  • C=USA Webstore might offer some Linux apps to download or buy, but that already exists within Mint 13

And yes, we should never forget YOU should work for them, selling their products and supporting CommodoreOS … brilliant

The following is a plain English interpretation of CUSA’s latest scam, the COMMODORE CUSTOM CONFIGURATOR get rich quick scheme… Smilie

(Odd thing is there is no such word as „CONFIGURATOR“ in any proper English dictionary)… rofl

Original text in italics… Interpretation in bold…

——————————————————————-
COMMODORE CUSTOM CONFIGURATOR PROGRAM
AGREEMENT

Agreement made this date, between Commodore USA, LLC (hereinafter “CUSA” or “the company”) located at 6555 Powerline Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309 USA, and an individual, VAR (Value Added Reseller), Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Retailer, Wholesaler or IT Professional Consultant, located at , hereinafter “CCC”, (Commodore Custom Configurator).

FAKE COMMODORE USA LLC CUSTOM CONFIGURATION PROGRAM
AGREEMENT

CUSA located in some cheap premises in an out of the way shopping strip and an individual, VGR (Very Gullible Reseller) hereinafter „CCCM“ (CUSA Custom Con-Merchant).

Overview

Whereas the company has instituted a program whereby CCC’s shall be offered an opportunity to partake in the sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution of custom configured Commodore and AMIGA branded computers, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. This program will allow the authorized Commodore Custom Configurator the ability to offer their customers an infinite selection of officially branded Commodore and AMIGA trademarked computer products, comprised of approved components, selected and assembled to the specifications and requirements of their individual customers.

Overview

Whereas CUSA has started up a program whereby CCCM’s shall be offered an opportunity to partake in the rip off scam, conning, shoddy manufacturing and dodgy distribution of custom configured Fake Commodore and Fake Amiga branded cheap Japanese off the shelf computers, subject to laws laid down by Baron Barry below. This little scam will allow CUSA Custom Con-Merchants the ability to rip off their customers in an infinite amount of ways selling them fake branded Commodore and Amiga computer products, comprised of overpriced cheap Japanese components of dodgy origin and lumped in an overpriced case not even close to their customers requirements of expected specifications…

Requirements

Whereas the Commodore Custom Configurator shall be required to hold a current Business License in the jurisdiction in which they are located, and shall provide the company with proof of these applicable licensers.

Requirements

Whereas the CUSA Custom Con-Merchant shall be required to print out themselves a fake current Business Licence to try and fool the jurisdiction in which they are located and shall provide Barry with a copy of these just so he knows how big his fake business has become.

The Commodore Custom Configurator shall be required to operate from a retail sales location, office facility or warehouse. Home operations are not allowed under the CCC program.

The Commodore Custom Con-Marchant shall be required to operate from a fake retail sales location (Sauna, Massage Parlour etc…). Working from home is not recommended as when you get raided the authorities will most likely take possession of your house.

Commodore Custom Configurators shall be required to purchase Barebones units in minimum quantities of 10 units, and at discounted prices (presently approx.15%), and the configured completed products are to be sold to their customers at prices set by the CCC.
Commodore Custom Configurators shall be expected to have the knowledge, ability and technical experience in the fields of computer assembly, component procurement, , troubleshooting and the ability to install and support the Commodore Operating System, currently Commodore OS Vision and Commodore OS Fusion. Although our OS shall be promoted and installed on all systems initially, the CCC is free to install, sell or promote any OS of their choosing.

CUSA Custom Con-merchants shall be required to purchase a minimum of 10 1Kg packs of Heroin… Ooops, sorry a minimum of 10 empty cases at a discount price of 15% off the retail value from us, to be sold to their victims/ johns at whatever price you think you can get away with.

CUSA Custom Con-Merchants are not expected to know the slightest thing about what they are selling nor have any expertise in doing so, as basically you will be selling to brain dead computer junkies who are so far gone they won’t have a clue about what they are buying as long as it has a Commodore or Amiga logo on it, the poor saps will be happy.

Commodore Custom Configurators are free to populate their Commodore or AMIGA barebones units with any combination of FCC/CE approved components of their choice.

CUSA Custom Con-Merchants are free to fill the cases with bricks or rubble or anything of their choice as the buyer won’t find out until they get home with the goods.

Terms

The Commodore Custom Configurator program is an innovative and unique marketing plan that was devised and developed with the intent to satisfy a huge demand from consumers for product configurations that are not offered by the company. There are literally thousands of potential combinations of motherboards, CPU’s, memory, HDD, optical drives and other internal and peripheral components that CUSA cannot produce due to the extremely complex logistics and supply chain management tissues that would be required to offer “one off” custom models of our product line. But this is exactly what the CCC is presently geared to do.

Terms

The CUSA Custom Con-Merchant program is the best and most innovative scam in Amigaland in along time. It was devised and developed by Barry to make him a quick buck out of the retro market after all his other get rich quick scams failed. There are literally zillions of ways to rip of potential mugs with this clever wee scheme and make yourself a bob or two along the way, just remeber da boss {Barry“ must get his cut or you’ll get a visit from one of the boys.

This program is not, and does not constitute a “Dealer Agreement”, nor in any way establishes any legal relationship between the CCC and the Company, other than that of an authorized wholesale buyer/system builder (CCC), and seller (CUSA).

Erm… anything said in this agreement is not legally binding and has been cleverly worded so that none of the blame can fall back on Baron Barry when the law nabs you and court case arise… got it…

There are no “Buy In” fees, Initial Basic Rights fees, Royalty fees, Commissions, or any other initial or ongoing charges to partake in the Commodore Custom Configurator Program. There will no trademark licensing fees, and CCC’s are authorized to utilize these iconic logos in their advertising and trade promotions.

There are no fees, cept of course the laundered money that must be delivered to Baron Barry before the end of each calendar month, otherwise expect a visit from his „business associates“… nuff said…

The only requirement (other than those outlined above under “Requirements”) is simply the requirement to purchase Commodore Barebones Units in minimum quantities of 10 units per order. These 10 units do not have to be all the same model, and the CCC is free to mix and match any number of different models, as long as the total order, and all subsequent reorders, are in lots of 10 units.

The only requirements other than those outlined above, is dat you simple purchase enough goods to keep Barry happy each month and help build his underground empire into looking like a thriving legitimate business enterprise and that you keep up the payments or end up as fish food… got it…

Benefits

The Company, through its worldwide network of Official Authorized Commodore Custom Configurators, will benefit from the exposure of our Commodore and AMIGA products to an audience that finally has the opportunity to not only see, and feel firsthand, but purchase the exact custom configured model that they want. Additionally, the customer will not be paying for incoming freight charges, Customs Duties and other tariffs and charges that are incurred when purchasing online.

Benefits

Da company and it’s worldwide illegal network of unofficial unauthorised CUSA Custom Con-Merchants will benefit from the protection of Baron Barry and the code of silence about da business must be maintained at all times even under heavy interrogation from the authorities. Anyone one breaking the code of silence aint gonna like the accidents that will happen to them, so keep shtum or else…

The Commodore Custom Configurator will benefit from the exposure his company will receive from their listing as an Authorized Official Commodore Custom Configurator on a dedicated page on the official Commodore and AMIGA website www.commodore.net. This page will highlight all the information pertaining to the individual CCC, including their name, address, telephone numbers and links to the URL’s for any of their websites, etc. Support plans include promotional materials, including banners, signage, give-aways and other marketing specialities that shall be made available to the CCC when available.

The CUSA Custom Con-Mrchant will benefit from no exposure and his side of da business will receive encoded listings of other Con-Merchants just so that no-one tries to muscle in on any one else’s patch (we don’t want turf wars). All private and personal information will be held in Baron Barry’s little black book and will be burnt if raided by the authorities.

Build it, and they will come!

Make cheap crap and sell at expensive prices and the junkies & bewildered will come running for it.
